hello, my name is sonali my age is 20yr i have experience of sex many times. but now my body became very loose. & because of this my partner is not satisfied with me. & me also not happy because of loose ness. please tell me what can i do to get fitness back

You should exercise regularly at least 4 times a week. Weight lifting helps you gain muscle and have a fit body, also more muscle you have more calories you burn. You will have a higher metabolic rate. It's a saying: You keep burning mire calories even resting. And look after the way of eating too, and equilibrate diet with protein and carbohydrates. You should take 0,8 g/kg protein per day. Don't forget to stay hydrated. About a study it is recommended exercising in the afternoon as the muscle has its own circardian rhythm. It has more probability to use glucose consumption in the afternoon, and this time of exercise is recommended for Diabetic type 2 persons, because it rates down the glucose resistance of the muscles.
