Suggest Ways For Early Conception While Having PCOS

hi. am 41 years old and i got married when i was 36yo. my husband is overseas so we had less physical contact. after i got married, i had delayed menses for 2mos thinking i might be pregnant. after my husband went overseas i went see an ob-gyne but it turned out am not pregnant but diagnosed of pcos. i was given medication of metformin and i been taking it since then. my problem is i want to get pregnant but sadly cant even conceive. my husband and i desperately want to have a baby. how do i get pregnant? will taking duphaston or vitex while he is overseas help me get pregnant when we see each other again? i am desperate as i am not getting any younger.
