I have recently started body building and need help on selection of suppliments for preworkout, intra workout and post workout including vitamins which do not cause penis errection problems as as when i recently started taking jack3d preworkout suppliment i started getting errection problems
Frankly, meat, especially chicken/turkey is widely found to be beneficial on building muscle. B vitamins are needed for energy metabolism, but are rarely in short supply.
