Suggest Vitamin Supplements For Cerebral Palsy In A Child

I have a 17 month grand daughter that has cerebral palsy. She was born at 30 weeks weighing 3 lbs 3 oz and was in the hospital for 69 days. She doesn t sit up or roll over yet, i would like to know can she been eating table food yet. what vitamins can she take daily.

If the child is not in position to take balanced diet,then she can be given syrup containing multivitamins. This will help to prevent vitamin deficiencies. However it will not be much helpful in management of cerebral palsy; It may not modify the course of the disease.
