Suggest Vitamin-D Rich Diet Plan To An Elderly

I just had a bone scan and my Dr. r commends that I increase my intake of vitamin D and to eat more foods with vit D and drink more milk. Looking for a list of foods with more vit D. Can you give me some suggestions? I am 74 years old and quite active and still work, and also, feel great!
