Suggest Vegetarian Diet To Eliminate Stomach Pain

sir i was sick of intolerable stomach pain but intermittantly,with nausea and for that hospitalised at a regular intervals of 8 months each from 2011 onwards. diagonised as colitis, acute gastritis and food poisoning ,different investigation each time. medicines prescribed this time :SAMPRAZ-D20,RIFAGUT-550,MEBIZ-SR for 10 days. now controlled. Kindly precribe the specific diet (purevegetarian) do s and dont s so that i can get rid of. description of pain: severe stomach pain with discomfort + slight pain when pressed, in the lower abdomen, nausea/vommitting ctscan,bllodtest in detail and other investigations,were NORMAL. with respects,-

These measures may help you.
Try raising the head of you bed 4 inches with blocks.It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2-3 hours before you lie down. To control stomach acid one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates, pizza, burger or spicy or greasy foods .
I usually prescribe rabeprazole +itopride one tablet on empty stomach .
Breakfast :Chapati ( roti ) with milk or cured ( fat free ).
Lunch :Green leafy vegetable ( 1 or 2 )with whole grain roti+rice +curd =salad ( but don't fill your stomach full , it should remain empty ).
Dinner: Same as lunch instead of curd add milk .
Tension , anxiety & overeating are other reasons of gastritis, so be careful .
Hectic hurried life is also responsible for hyper acidity.
