Suggest Vegetarian Diet For Good Health

hello doctor...

i m 22 year girl.Recently got married.I feel m underweight as i weigh 42-43 kg..My height is 5'3"...i m not habitual of oily or heavy food.

From some days m feeling like ill..i get tired doing little work,and specially after going through stairs,i mostly get my breath up.

Please advice me what diet should i follow to maintain good health,as i m vegetarian?

Try to consume more lentils (dals), rajma, chole etc. Add more protein which is needed to increase strength in a muscle. Don't worry too much about your weight. Think about getting strong.
Brisk (fast) walking daily for 30 mins will take care of you becoming short of breath.
