firstly you have to use a sun protection cream every time that you are exposed to sun , at evening you can use hydroqiunon 2-4 % cream which is a skin-bleaching agent that is used to lighten areas of darkened skin such as freckles, melasma, age spots, and acne scars. if you have irritation during hydroquinone cream you can either use a low- potent steroid cream like hydrocortisone or desonide 0 ,05 % .
