As you describe you are over weight to your height.
You can bring down your weight by following 3 steps.
1)Minimize the calories, fats, fries, oily foods, ice cream, sweets, etc.
2)Increase the activity, by
yoga, exercises, morning walk, and doing any work in front of you what ever it is.
3)Alter the sleeping pattern, sleep as less as possible, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid sleeping in the after noon.
