Suggest Treatments For Swelling And Stiffness In Hands After Waking Up

For about two months now, when I wake up, my hands, especially the right hand, are slightly swollen, stiff, and achy, to the point that I am unable to make a fist. My hands are cold all day long, the right one more so than the left, making them hurt even more. I have been sleeping in wrist supports for carpal-tunnel syndrome, but it does not seem to be helping. I was taking Aleve, but it wasn't helping either.
