General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a seasonal allergy. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using a steroid nasal spray for local application. The blisters are commonly related to herpes simplex virus. I suggest using an antiviral cream such as Acyclovir for local application.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
