Hi.... 5 years ago, i got kicked in the nuts. The right one swell, became hard and very painful. Two days later, it was still painful so i went to see a doctor who injected me with some drug. Any way, the pain reduced but the testicle has been shrinking consistently... Please help...

I am sorry to say that this is an irreversible process.
This is called atrophy and there is no way that this can be helped.
Most important is to see what is the condition of another testis/ semen analysis to see the sperm count /
If the other testis is normal - do not worry. A single testis is sufficient to have you an absolutely normal life..
