Suggest Treatments For Recurrent Piles

I am suffering from piles for the last 2 years. But since a year, if piles subdue, loose motions start as soon as I eat anything. But when I do not have loose motions, I suffer intense pains due to piles.I have all normal reports and have been ruled out for colitis. But piles stage 2 has been observed by the gastroentrologist, from whom no benefit has been achieved for the last 2 months
