I have a migraine with no pain. I have trouble concentrating and all day feel like I am having mini "explosions" in my head. I have had blood tests for cardiac and stroke but both were negative. I have been treated with prednisolone and Lyrica - no change after over a week. This has been going on for over a month and I am extremely tired of this problem. I am female, 53 years old and a smoker
