Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
I would recommend starting therapy for the prevention of migraine attacks. In this regard, I would recommend starting verapamil or propranolol, especially considering your age.
An antidepressant could help improve your situation, but at your age, I would not recommend starting such drugs.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
