I have hard like bumps that are normally not noticeable on my face. I usually discover them when I have touched my face and notice a hard tiny bump. I usually scrape it with my fingernail and a tiny hard tear drop shaped bulb comes out and will leave behind a tiny hole. Some have been bigger with almost a tiny blister look that I have used a needle to opens and applied pressure to get the small bulb out. Those are usually deeper. I have had them on my top lip on the bridge of my nose and at the corner of my eye. They are not painful but I have never had this before. older folks tell me they are talla bumps but I have not sound any information on this. I have read sorta of the same things for hair follicles however they are where no apparent hairs are at also. What is this and what can be done to prevent?
