Suggest Treatments For Hard Bumps On The Face

I have hard like bumps that are normally not noticeable on my face. I usually discover them when I have touched my face and notice a hard tiny bump. I usually scrape it with my fingernail and a tiny hard tear drop shaped bulb comes out and will leave behind a tiny hole. Some have been bigger with almost a tiny blister look that I have used a needle to opens and applied pressure to get the small bulb out. Those are usually deeper. I have had them on my top lip on the bridge of my nose and at the corner of my eye. They are not painful but I have never had this before. older folks tell me they are talla bumps but I have not sound any information on this. I have read sorta of the same things for hair follicles however they are where no apparent hairs are at also. What is this and what can be done to prevent?

Hi,

As per your query you have hard bumps on the face which occur due to clogging of dead skin and bacteria and get infected.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
