Suggest Treatment To Retain The Fair Skin Achieved By Using Melacare

Hi Doctor, I have brown skin. I used melacare cream for about 40 days and got very fairer skin. But when i stopped using melacare, I found that some black spots started over my face and my skin tone getting back to earlier state even more darker skin now. Can you please suggest for some solution how to retain the fairer skin got from melacare or any other cream from which i can get some fairer skin.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Recurrence of melanin formation may occur after using these creams so better be avoided. A dermatologist review and discussing laser or UV treatment for fairness may be discussed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
