Hi,

After going through history given by you, I feel that most probably you may be having melasma. It is a facial melanosis occuring on face, forehead and nose. There may be some influence by hormonal imbalance. Sunrays might exacerbate the pigmentation. It is a cosmetic problem without any symptom. If you feel embarrasing, you may consult dermatologist. I would like to recommend following line of treatment...

- tab tranexamic acid twice a day
- tab vitamin C twice a day
- glutathion containing tab once a day
- kojic acid containing gel on patch twice a day application
- sunscreen application while going under sun
- cleansing the face with facewash containing glycolic acid and kojic acid
-have patience

I hope this might help you..

Thanks.
