Hi

You seem to have developed pigmentation after the injury to skin .
Such pigmentation can be treated by application of kojic acid based creams to the affected area twice daily .
Avoid rubbing or scratching the area .
Wear cotton clothes so as to decrease prevent further friction.
See a nearby dermatologist and discuss the option of chemical peels.
