Suggest Treatment To Remove Black And White Heads
Hi, I have eenie meenie little zits on my forehead, their little bumps and in general have the same colour as my skin or a bit pinker/redder. When I pop them the same pus like thing comes out as like my black and white heads. How can I remove my black, white heads and the things on my forehead?

Use a salicylic acid face wash twice in a day
Apply adapalene gel full face in night
Get your comedones extracted by a doctor and take isotretinoin 10 mg daily for few weeks to clear the comedones completely.
