Hi, I am currently sitting with my grandfather at a hospital in China. He has terminal late stage pancreatic cancer. He currently has a large amount of gas trapped in his small intestines which has inflated his abdomen to that of a second trimester pregnant woman. His stomach and intestines are pushing up against his lungs and reducing his lung capacity. It looks like he is suffocating. They have tried to pump gas out from his stomach and anus but both are unable to reach his intestines. They have also tried to give him medication but to no avail. They have run out of ideas. Was wondering if you have any other ideas as he is clearly suffering.
