I am 33 yrs married and got 2 kids. My daughter is 2 yrs and 3 mths still I feed her even then my weight is 84kg how to reduce my weight and flatten my tummy which has come out after second delivery?

i understand your concern...
well you have given your weight but not your height....so calculating your BMI is not possible...also how much weight you should lose also cannot be told....anyways if you are not very tall, a weight of 84 kg is on the heavier side and being a mother of a small kid, you must have gained weight in your pregnancy and lactation....

i would suggest you to go to a DIETITIAN...he/she would be able to provide you a diet chart as well as advise you with some exercises which will surely get you back to shape eventually....
