Suggest Treatment To Keep Diabetes Under Control

I am diabetic for the last two years now. I was first put on bitformine and betanase tablets treatment , until i got stamach complication of acute consipation and Im now on 2 times insuline injection ( 13mls and 10mls). My sugar level fluctuates from high to low level (2.3mg/dl) and I m have gained sligth weigth, Please advise Dr

dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion it's quite natural to gain weight with use of insulin.kindly start using metformin and start doing exercise.the duration of diabetes is not very long I guess you may stop insulin and consider taking tablets.you can also consider taking new drugs like DPP4 inhibitors...they will control your sugars better with out much fluctuations ....take advice from u r doc......regards
