Hi,

I have gone through your query and would recommend you to stop using mela skin cream as it has side effects.

I would recommend you to apply nadifloxacin gel on the pimples twice daily and kojic acid-based cream on the marks along with the frequent and regular application of a sunscreen gel on the entire face during the day time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney,
