Sorry,i m very wek in english. Sir i hope u understand. My name is subhas saha (34yr)& my wife Dipanwita saha(34yr). Living in kolkata(w.b.). So Sir we r suffering like 3ys 7 mts. We r marrieg complite 4 yrs. We do many treatment about infertylity but sir baby r not comming in our life. Doctor says unknown resen . Wt we do sir?

Hi,
I appreciate your concern.
There are some reasons when there is problem not conceiving.
First you get your semen examined for having any problem.
Then get your wife examined by Gynaec and find out any problem with her like PCOD etc.
If every thing is fine then go for ovulation time when ovum release form ovary and enters into uterine cavity.
So go for regular sex 2-3 days before and after ovulation time.
After ejaculation put pillow under your wife's back to prevent semen coming out.
Do not allow her to go for toilet for about an hour after sex.
Ok and wish you quick parenthood life.
