Suggest Treatment To Gain Weight

hi Iam 23 years old male.am 5'5 and weight 43kgs. my body is extremly thin. am looking like a kid. My cheeks look like gone deep inside. making me look so week and paisient am very sad. this reason I felt some time I have any desease. iI take enough food but no use. I tried to exercises also but that does not help me. please suggest me what should i do to improve my cheeks and body?

To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than your body uses each day.

You need to do this regularly.
It's not enough just to have occasional extra snacks.

Your GP can give you advice about eating healthily and making changes to your diet to help you gain weight.
