Suggest Treatment To Cure Shingles

Yesterday I was diagnosed with shingles. However i learned what to do the first onset 2-3 days. Now a week longer, and still have the sores, but i dont have info for the sufferer beyond the onset.I want to know what I should do now as far as what foods, soaps, cleaning products to avoid, and how to make my home "healthier". Washing clothes, etc.

Antiviral medicines, such as acyclovir, famciclovir, or valacyclovir, to reduce the pain and the duration of shingles. Over-the-counter pain medicines, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen, to help reduce pain during an attack of shingles. Topical antibiotics, applied directly to the skin, to stop infection of the blisters. Decotion 20 ml twice for 15 days of chirayeta (a Unani herb) is very beneficial. DOVE soap may be use.
