Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

The fatty liver you have is nonalcoholic fatty liver.
Some of the common causes of nonalcoholic fatty liver are obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol.
Just check which of these risk factors you have and treat it.
Also get a liver function test done to see whether it is a simple fatty liver or if there is any damage to the liver.

I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
