Starting from grade 1 that is mild and needs just care and avoiding heavy weight lifting, to grade 4 that is a complete prolapse and needs surgical correction. Non surgical treatment is also available but it all depends upon the patient choice and comfort or ease with handling the device inside the vagina. It is Pessary, a device that is put inside vagina to keep bladder in place. Estrogen creams are used with it to avoid infection and erosion of vaginal walls. Another option is estrogen replacement therapy to make the vaginal wall muscles strong enough to support the bladder in place. Hope it helps.
