Suggest Treatment Option For Painful Shoulders With Burning Sensation
I have had a deep muscle pain in my left shoulder. It feels like a knife in the shoulder blade along with a burning sensation. It has diminished over the last few days but now there is an itchy patch along with an uncomfortable throb in the shoulder blade area it is uncomfortable enough that I cannot sleep

I really appreciate your concern, infection part is very likely condition and it could be Bursitis better to differentiate this, till then you can have "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, in case of infection it may needs some antibiotic hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
