Suggest Treatment Lump On Buttocks
I have a lump beside my anus, external, it is not sore, I have had it for 4 weeks and have been applying betadine 3-4 times a day. It is slowly getting smaller, from the size of a pea to half the original size, it was sore and tender at first , but settle down with betadine.

I really appreciate your concern, if the swelling is responding to topical antibiotic then it could be some infection, care need to be taken for cleaning the area with antiseptic lotion beside the "Povidone Iodine cream" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
