General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

A smelly yellow brown spot over the bottom of feet must be evaluated for possible bacterial infection with Nocardia species or else.

Kindly get a culture report of the discharge from the spot and get best needed antibiotics, anti fungal medications and other supportive care to get best healing without any complications.

Till that time, maintain blood sugar, apply sterile dressing over the spot for secondary bacterial infection prevention.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
