General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to the injection site.
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using cold compresses at the injection site.
It usually last a few days.
If the symptoms continue, you should see your Physician for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
