Hello I have dipped tobacco for several years now have tried what seems like thousands of times to quit. Today I noticed strange wrinkles from down at the bottom (where I keep the dip) of my lip/cheek almost up to the middle of my cheek. Has me quite worried I just had my first son and decided that I am going to quit even if I have to be locked in a room for days. Then I find this

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The wrinkled mucosa or a cracked mud appearance of the vestibular mucosa could be a tobacco pouch keratosis or homogenous leukoplakia. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Keep an eye on the lesion, if any red areas appear then immediately consult a oral physician since it is a pre cancerous lesion. Mean while you can take anti oxidants like capsule like lycopene or oxyace. This will reduce the wrinkling of the mucosa. Strictly stop using tobacco in future, otherwise it will end up in oral cancer.
