Suggest Treatment For Widespread, Itchy And Bleeding Skin Rashes

My 21 year old daughter has had excessive skin rash. She has had history of eczema but this rash is more widespread, itches and will bleed. Treated with prednisone last week, but now it s back with a vengeance. She is pretty uncomfortable. She has appointment with Dermatogist in late December.
