Thanks for your query.The symptoms you describe in query is indicating condition known as oral thrush .Normally fungus called candida live in mouth but do not cause problem. When immune system or person is weak ,bacteria of oral cavity killed by antibiotics or due to some underlying disease like diabetes ,fungus will grow and cause oral thrush . I would suggest you to consult dentist/oral pathologist for proper examination and to rule out more serious condition like leukoplakia to treat it properly .Doctor may prescribe you anti fungal drugs like cotrimazole and ketoconazole orally/topical.
