Suggest Treatment For White Spots On Eye Lids

I have a white spot in my lower Eye lid. I was just treated 11 days ago for herpes simplex of the eye. I was told this past Thursday to stop my eye drops and took the last of my oral antibiotic meds yesterday. Does one have anything to do with the other?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is unlikely the white spot in the eyelid and the herpes infection are related.

Very likely the white spot is a fat collection, especially if it feels a little raised. This is not dangerous and there is no need for any treatment.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
