Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain the white lines over the cheeks with a history of
tobacco chewing can be Linea Alba which is commonly seen on both side of inner cheeks at the level of the area when the upper and lower teeth meet ..
It is a non fatal condition and does not require any treatment
In case if it is in the form of white faint patches it can be
leukoplakia which is formed due to excessive keratin formation as a protective phenomena secondary to chronic irritation..
It is a pre cancerous condition, therefore needs immediate medical attention for confirmation of cause..
The small pimple like bumps can be traumatic ulcers due to chronic irritation and trauma and fluid accumulation can be due to bacterial infection..
You need immediate medical attention, therefore consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case of linea alba no treatment will be advised while if there is leukoplakia beta carotenes,
antioxidants and multivitamins and complete cessation of tobacco has to be done..
The ulcers will resolve once irritation is removed and also gargle with anti-microbial mouthwash and if there is pain apply a numbing gel..
Do warm saline gargles and if they are infected a short antibiotic course will be advisable..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
