Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

Your symptoms regarding your throat problems and coated tongue are indicating that most likely you are having chronic follicular tonsillitis with dyspepsia.

Red spots and white patches on the back of tongue are the chronically inflammed tonsils and coated tongue is due to hyper acidity and dyspepsia.

You should consult your ENT doctor for examination, necessary investigations and treatment. Please don't take it lightly otherwise some complications are likely to develop as Quincy.

Regards.
