Suggest Treatment For West Nile Virus Infection

How long does this West Nile Virus last? What is the usual treatment and for how long ? . What can you do for the stiffness in neck, and shoulders? Should you stay home from work and for how long? Hi I did review your concern.
Symptoms of acute west nile virus infection usually lasts for few days and they are treated best by supportive care in term of replenishing blood products, neurological care if there is nerve weakness and paralysis , maintaining raised Intracranial pressure and so on.

Few agents like Ribavirin and IVIG and interferons have been tried but with little success.
