hi there. I train 6 days a week. I don t eat any carbs ie bread, pasta, rice, or potatoes. I am finding it impossible to loose weight. I am wondering is sugar the reason im not losing weight. I use sugar in my coffee and would have about 4 per day. I also eat protein bars. ?? Could you advise
you start drinking water minimum 3 lit per days. also must be drinking 1 glass before 1/2 hours of eating. with start walking minimum 15 min per day. don't eating bread or bread items with fast food , Punjabi and chinish and also chocolate. and not to eat full stomach.
