Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss, Body Pain And Depression

42 yo male. Dieting and exercising but not loosing weight. Tired, a bit of depression (not suicidal by any means). Many body aches (currently 23 years on combat arms in the Army). Just not feeling myself and kinda down. I'm 210 lbs and 69 inches. I normally range between 175 and 185.

Hi

For weight loss exercise has to be regular. For body aches please take warm water and avoid all raw vegetables. Also take steamed salads only. Avoid curd and rice in dinners


Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
8. Avoid all processed and ready to eat food items.
