i have gain alot of weight. my belly is super huge and protrudes like im 9 months pregnant, it feels like its full of pressure like if i was trying to push it out but im not. my legs and feet seem to be having poor circulatin and i have heel cracks that wont go away?
Hello I just read your query and from what you have mentioned it appears that you have an increased weight and abdominal fat for which I would suggest that you have to eat a low calorie diet less than 1200-1500 kcal per day and exercise for 60 minutes daily like brisk walking. Drink 10-12 glasses of water preferably before meals. Do stretching exercises like yoga alongside walking as well to lose belly fat. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Avoid high fat and oily junk food. Sleep for 7-8 hours daily. Apply petroleum jelly on your feet after a pedicure. Hope you find my advice of some benefit.Good luck.
