I am a 31 5foot 4 inch female my waist is 33" my hips are 42" mu bust is 37" I weigh 185lbs. In the past 3 years I have put on 40lbs, I eat very clean between 1200-1500cals per day I work out 4-6 days per week running, eliptical intervals, and p90x style workouts. 3 years ago I started having bleeding after my 5k runs, then it started getting worse to the point that I was bleeding 40 days on 10 days off for the last of the 3 yrs. My GP sent me for internal ultrasounds and found I have a cyst on my endometrium none on my ovaries, so he sent me to a OBGYN who put me on Loestrin 1.5/30 this helped with the heavy periods and fatigue due to iron loss. My dr tested my Thyroid TSH which was 2.17 I have started to take zinc and selenium daily to help my thyroid he tested my TSH 3 months later and it was 1.72. My OBGYN mentioned PCOS but tested my Testosterone and it was fine and my ovaries are not cystic..... I suffer from Hypoglycemia and have even passed out after excercise du to this and experience heart palps... fainting upon waking in the am etc..... I have skin tags, just recently and eye twitching, I cannot lose weight though which scares me as 4+ yrs ago I was extremely fit, and if anything I have improved my health and fitness. I think the bleeding and weight gain go hand in hand can youhelp me.... Also when I was 18 I experienced cysts that would burst and I would end up in the hospital with pain and throwing up as my body was in shock....
