Suggest Treatment For Weakness In The Upper Arm In The Diabetic Patient

Husband is 77 years old, has diabetes and is controlling it somewhat with meds. A couple of days ago, he began to complain of weakness in his left upper arm with the inability to raise it above the left shoulder without the assistance of his right arm. He claims that there is no pain, just weakness. Can someone advise?

hello dear ,
it seems he has sufferred from stroke.consult a neurologist and get his brain scan(CT/MRI) done as per his advice.
