Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
At your age and after a TURP,it's likely that you may've a prostate gland enlargement,or a urethral stricture.
This will need a check-up with an Urologist and do the following tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, creatinine,RBS,PSA,LFT and platelets.
3. Uroflowmetry test.
4. Ultrasound scan-KUB,with residual urine and a TRUS.
According to these reports,an expert opinion can be given.
