Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Oroxine is a treatment, which one needs to take for a lifetime.
But, blood levels of TSH and Free T4 , need to be monitored every year, or earlier, in some cases.
You should also check your blood sugar, creatinine, sodium, potassium, lipid profile , urine routine , and blood pressure.
You're welcome to contact me by name, with the reports.
Wish you well.
