Suggest Treatment For Vomiting,weakness And Blood In Stool

I wanted to know is ther anything I can take to help me with throwing up I feel so weak I sometimes have blood in my stool . I went see a specialist who told to drink boost plus and stay away from acid . Until I have surgery to see if I have a ulcer what else can I do
