hi doc my kid vomited two times..he is 8 years old..after first time i gave domstal and carmicide..then later in an hour time he vomited again..then i gave nutrolin b plus capsule ..now he is sleeping..will it make any harm? which medicine shall i give him ?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Domstal (domperidone) if you had given according to the weight of kid then no problem. Don't give that in excess dosage also. Nutrolin b is for diarrhea and dysbacteriosis. But it doesn't harm your child. Carmicide also in limited intake doesn't cause any problems. Give your kid enough fluids and electrolytes. ORS is better for this. If vomiting is persisting then your kid may need injection form of anti emetic and intravenous fluid administration. In such case approach your pediatrician.
