Suggest Treatment For Vomiting In A Child

My 4 yr old has been vomiting since Friday. No fever. He c/o stomach pain. He is very verbal & I have asked all the right questions. i.e. food/ objects etc. Has eaten applesauce that came back as well a jello. Im giving liquids

Water came back as well. Do I need to take him to his Dr or just ride it out. He's my grandson so it's not my first rodeo. Thanks,Jodi

Antibiotics are unnecessary
I usually give ondansetron, ORS, zinc and probiotics
If persistent take him to a doctor
